Adult Energy Awareness Programs
Adult Energy Management programs address a combination of needs, but
the demand is largely driven by the needs of large commercial or govenrmental
facilities to save money on energy bills and obtaining points toward
LEED ceritification. These programs could be accurately described as
"occupant training" programs because adult occupants of commercial or
residential facilities are trained to use energy more efficiently. NEF
is currently developing programs with:
- State Energy Offices (for state-operated facilities)
- Commercial Enterprises
- Universities (particularly in student dormitories)
