Disaster Relief- Advisory Board

The Renewable Energy Disaster Relief Fund has partnered with the Florida Solar Energy Center and other standard organizations, research institutes, and disaster organizations to assure that cost effective and viable renewable resources are deployed to meet the energy needs of disaster survivors and aid workers. The Florida Solar Energy Center created the program with the National Energy Foundation and maintains an Advisory Committee of renewable energy and disaster experts. The Disaster Advisory Board will oversee the program and select viable solar/renewable equipment for deployment after a disaster, as well as provide training and technical support.
