Graduate Credit Registration Guidelines
1. Review the Portfolio Guidelines, Course Requirements and Grading Criteria. 2. Decide which semester you want to complete program implementation. Letter grade will be posted approximately 1 month after portfolio due date.

5. Establish realistic timeline for completion of program. 6. Implement the program. 7. Compile a portfolio of classroom activity (see portfolio guidelines). COMPLETION 1. Submit your portfolio by the appropriate semester or term date as noted above. 2. The Portfolio Cover Sheet must be the first page of your portfolio. 3. Send your portfolio to:
4. A confirmation email will be sent when the portfolio is received. One month after due date, a letter/email with grade and info on accessing transcript will be sent. 5. All portfolios are eligible for the Medallion award. The Medallion award is recognition for outstanding educators based upon their portfolio. It is awarded at the end of each summer for the preceding school year and announced in the National Energy Foundation’s fall newsletter which you will receive.
