Provides young adults the opportunity to work as a team while engaging
in learning experiences including energy audits of their schools, research,
preparation and eventual submission of an energy efficiency policy for
their school. Policies are submitted to NEF for evaluation and recognition
and encouraged to be presented at a local school board meeting. The Energy
Action Activities appeal to young adults and the 4 full color posters
teach an appreciation for energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
The Energy Action Challenge gives students the opportunity to put into
action at home what they have learned at school. A Character Education
Enrichment poster set is also included.
